Edraak Joins Awareness Drive on Omani Family Challenges As part of efforts to strengthen community partnership and promote family awareness, Edraak Student Counseling Services participated in a specialized awareness initiative entitled "Our Safe Home", organized by the Department of Social Development in Al Buraimi Governorate. The event was held under the patronage of His Excellency Salem Ali Al Kaabi, Member of the Shura Council representing the Wilayat of Mahdah and was attended by several officials and specialists in psychological, social, and educational counseling from various institutions and community organizations. The initiative’s program featured a scientific dialogue session that discussed several working papers, most notably: Family Relationships, Digital Upbringing, and Generation Z. The discussions shed light on the contemporary challenges facing Omani families and explored ways to strengthen family cohesion amidst digital and social transformations. This initiative is part of a comprehensive awareness plan implemented by the Ministry, aiming to build a more conscious and cohesive society, while emphasizing the importance of institutional integration in protecting the family and enhancing its role in sustainable development.
